Пивоварня GUSI открылась в 2014 году и быстро приобрела популярность у знатоков хорошего пива в новосибирском Академгородке, а вскоре и за его пределами. В линейке сортов представлены как классические чешские лагер и пилснер, так и портеры, стауты, пейл-эли, саур-эли и пр. При участии GUSI третий год проводится Сибирский фестиваль крафта и домашнего пива, на котором с удовольствием встречаются мастера пивоварения и ценители их творчества из разных городов Сибирского региона.
Уже 5 лет мы творим историю крафта в Сибири: обретаем новые знания, дарим эмоции, объединяем людей на наших фестивалях, разрушаем традиционные представления о пиве, выводим пивную культуру на новый уровень.
Мы не признаем авторитетов, границ и шаблонов в использовании ингредиентов и их комбинациях, чтобы создать что-то особенное.
