AF Brew

AF Brew - российская крафтовая пивоварня из Санкт-Петербурга. Первые две буквы в названии «AF» означают AntiFactory, так как пивоварня изначально противопоставляла себя массовому фабричному пиву, делая ставку на пиво с собственным характером, индивидуальным голосом.

Коллектив компании небольшой. Это, прежде всего три основателя — Никита Филиппов, Дмитрий Булдаков и Артем Кольчуков, а также несколько сотрудников, которые занимаются бухгалтерией, дизайном, логистикой и розливом.

Датой рождения AF Brew можно считать весну 2012 года, когда, пребывая под впечатлением от посещения шотландской крафтовой пивоварни BrewDog, ребята решили открыть собственное производство.

Новичками в пивоварении эту троицу назвать сложно, все они имели опыт работы на крупных пивных производствах. И все же, многим вещам им приходилось учиться буквально на ходу, включать интуицию, рисковать.

AF Brew начиналась, как фан-проект, но постепенно превратилась в одну из самых узнаваемых марок российского крафта.
