We brewed this beer on the 31st of August, and realised, that it was the last day of summer, that had passed so swiftly. The strawberries, we used in this crafting were picked on the peak of their ripeness to become a glass of bitter-sweet red-coloured beer in your hand, to remind you of the bright summer during the bleak and rainy autumn. An easily distinguished scent of strawberries and Mosaic hops can’t be mistaken for anything else. The taste is slightly sweet with notes of strawberries, barberries lollypops and wild berries at the background. Goodbye summer, and hello to new experiments. Hops: Mosaic.
